2. Products and Use

At SnusGiganten, we sell nicotine pouches, which are highly addictive products. All our products are intended for adults over the age of 18. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchase and use of the products are legal in their country of residence.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in your local currency and include Swedish VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Payment can be made using the payment methods indicated at checkout. When shopping at SnusGiganten.com, you are making a purchase in Sweden, and your purchase includes Swedish VAT and duty. As a consumer, you are responsible for handling any applicable duties in your country of residence.

4. Ordering and Order Confirmation

Once you have completed a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order.

5. Delivery

We only offer collection of orders via external carriers. We do NOT sell shipping and cannot assist with the transport of your order from Sweden to Scandinavia. When you make a purchase with us, it is considered as having been made in Sweden. Your purchase will therefore include Swedish VAT and duty. After confirmed payment, you will be redirected to www.fragtbloggen.com, where you can read more about your options as a consumer for transporting goods from Sweden to Scandinavia.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item. To exercise this right, you must contact us and return the item in unused and undamaged condition. Return costs are borne by the customer. If your order has already been processed but not yet shipped at the time of your request, a fee will apply to cover packaging and handling of your order. If your order has been shipped and received, a fee  will apply to cover the return shipping.

7. Complaints

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable time. We will then arrange a replacement item or refund by agreement.

8. Liability and Limitation of Liability

We do not accept responsibility for damages that may occur as a result of misuse of our products. Our liability is limited to the price of the item.
