Shipping policy
1. Delivery Areas
At SnusGiganten, we do not offer direct delivery. As our only delivery method, we allow you to have your order picked up by an external carrier. You are responsible for booking the pickup and delivery of your order yourself. Once you have paid for your order at SnusGiganten, you will automatically be redirected to www.fragtbloggen.com, where you can read more about your options as a consumer for pickup and delivery of goods between Sweden and Scandinavia.
2. Shipping Costs
All orders at SnusGiganten are exempt from shipping costs, since you are responsible for arranging transportation yourself.
3. Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation
When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. We strive to prepare all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been packed, it will be made ready for pickup by the external carrier of your choice. When the carrier has collected your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details from them, so you can follow your package.
4. Customs and Import Duties
All purchases made at SnusGiganten include Swedish VAT and Swedish duties. Any additional duties in your country of residence are your responsibility to declare and pay.
5. Uncollected Packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, you will need to order and pay for external transportation again.
6. Damaged or Missing Goods
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will then work on a solution, which may include a replacement item or a refund, depending on the situation.
