Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you received the item. If your order has already been processed, but not yet shipped at the time of your request, a fee will be charged to cover packaging and handling of your order.
2. Notification of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the purchase in an unambiguous statement. You can contact us via:

3. Returning Goods
You must return the item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to cancel the purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it. Please note that a will be charged to cover the return shipping.
4. Costs of Return
You are responsible for covering the direct costs related to returning the item. We ONLY accept returns sent as trackable parcels with GLS.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the amount you paid for the item. We do not refund paid shipping costs. The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your order back at our warehouse.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery will not be accepted. This applies to nicotine pouches if the packaging has been opened. We also do not accept products that have passed their expiry date or products purchased from our outlet.
7. Complaints
If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will then offer a solution, which may include a replacement item or a refund, depending on the situation.
